Open Gym
Open Gym on Sundays if you want to get a great workout. Please call ahead to reserve a spot. We have heavy bags, kick shields
and focus pads. Time is from 1:30 to 5:00pm.
There is no charge for this service but you are required to sign a liability waiver. You may spar when you feel ready.
To spar you must have your own mouthgueard headgear and NF protector
